Our home utilizes a smart lock for your convenience. Please use your personalized code for entry and tap the lock icon on the keypad when you leave to secure the home.

The locks on the sliding doors can be sensitive. They just take a slight touch to open and lock. Please do not pull/push hard, as you will knock them off the track!

As a renter of our home, you have access to the Culloden Shores private beach located on Soundview Dr between Gull Rd and Tern Rd. During peak season (MDW through LDW), you will need an access code for the beach. We will text or email that to you prior to your stay.

Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available for your use and can be found in the outside shed inside the white fence to the left of the front entrance (across from the garbage cans).

Beach and bath towels can be found folded and labeled in the downstairs linen closet.

Most kitchen tools and utensils are labeled for your convenience. Please do your best to put them away accordingly.

Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets. Our plumbing thanks you. :)

You can find an iron, hair dryer, and other amenities in the closet outside the upstairs bathroom. 

Washer/dryer are located downstairs.

There is a safe for your valuables installed on the right hand side of the closet in the bedroom across from the laundry.

There is a 4 Moms pack ‘n play and wooden step stool in the downstairs closet behind the staircase.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The on/off switch for the fans is next to the light switch. Speed can be controlled by pulling on the chain. 

We get high winds in Montauk! Please make sure all umbrellas are down and closed when not in use.

There is an outdoor shower when you walk out the back sliding door and around the left, behind the white gate.

There are two gas propane grills available for your use. Each is supplied with a full tank of propane.

Our home is equipped with Sonos throughout for your enjoyment. To use, please connect to our WiFi, download the Sonos app, and connect to our system. There are 4 amps. In the app, you can use each amp individually or connect them to use together. When using, please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the volume to a reasonable level.

The upstairs TV utilizes Apple TV. Cable TV is provided for you via the Optimum app. You can access any other streaming apps using your own login and password. 

The downstairs TV utilizes an Optimum Cable box and remote. You can access other streaming apps directly on the TV.

For your safety, the ground floor doors are equipped with alarms and latches to keep little ones out of the pool area unsupervised.

In addition, we highly recommend using the pool alarm located in the ground floor closet to keep anyone from accessing the pool without guidance/permission.

Please respect our home by abiding by the restrictions below:

• No smoking or vaping

• Pets are not allowed; however, certified service animals are welcome

• No events

• No commercial photography or filming

Upon check-out, please:

• Place all used bath and beach towels in the downstairs bathroom next to the washer/dryer.

• Strip all beds and linens and place at the foot of the beds.

• Place all trash and recycling in the bins outside.

• Turn off all lights and electronics.

• Make sure all umbrellas are closed.

• Close and lock all doors.
